Vaccaro Organic Citrus Blossom Honey

Organic Citrus Blossom Honey from the Metaponto Area

Vaccaro Organic Citrus Blossom Honey is produced by Francesco Vaccaro, a migratory beekeeper who moves his hives with the flowering seasons. Harvested in Metaponto, Basilicata, it comes from organically grown citrus blossoms.

Floral Aroma and Delicate Taste

This pale honey may turn white as it naturally crystallises. Delicate floral and fruity aromas accompany a balanced sweetness and pleasantly fresh flavour.

Ideal for Breakfast and Natural Sweetening

Enjoy Vaccaro Organic Citrus Blossom Honey on bread, toast or yoghurt, or use it to sweeten tea and herbal infusions. Its gentle flavour also pairs with fresh cheeses and desserts.
