Musto Carmelitano Rosso DOC is an Aglianico del Vulture made from the youngest vineyards of Musto Carmelitano winery, located in Maschito, in the province of Potenza. This wine expresses the identity of the Aglianico grape through a fresh, balanced style full of personality, ideal for discovering one of Basilicata's outstanding wines.

Extended Maceration and Stainless Steel Ageing

Musto Carmelitano Rosso DOC undergoes approximately 15 days of maceration, followed by 12 months in stainless steel tanks and a further four months in bottle. This process preserves the fruit's freshness and the elegance of Aglianico del Vulture, creating a well-structured, harmonious wine with appealing notes of strawberry, blueberry and liquorice.
