Three Interpretations of Craft Beer

Eleonora's Falcon is an Italian Grape Ale (IGA) with a characteristic pink hue, brewed with the addition of strawberry grapes (Uva Fragola), which give it an intense aromatic profile rich in fruity fragrances.

Crane is an Anglo-American-inspired Imperial Stout, brewed with a substantial selection of roasted malts that develop elegant notes of coffee, cocoa, chocolate and liquorice. The use of oat flakes gives it a soft, velvety and enveloping texture.

Winter Warmer is a Honey Strong Ale with a characteristic deep, monk's-robe brown colour. Its notes of caramel, freshly baked bread and roasted malt blend harmoniously with a delicate bouquet of spices, creating a warming and complex beer.
