Three Craft Beers, Three Tasting Experiences

Pallid Harrier is a Blanche with a slightly hazy straw-yellow colour, made with 50% unmalted wheat and flavoured with bitter orange peel and coriander seeds. A fresh, fragrant and pleasantly refreshing beer.

Dodo is an American Brown Ale with a deep amber colour and a fine, persistent head. American hops create a bouquet rich in aromas ranging from tropical fruit to citrus peel, maintaining a perfect balance between the malt and hop components.

Darwin is a Porter with a deep dark-brown colour and ruby highlights. On the nose, elegant notes of caramel, toffee, cocoa and chocolate emerge, while on the palate it offers a soft, enveloping body, ideal for lovers of dark beers.
