La Signorina is a 100% Malvasia wine made by Cantina Santojanni in Forenza, in the heart of Basilicata. Produced from the area's historic native white grape variety, this elegant wine expresses the identity of Vulture through freshness, minerality and excellent balance.

A Malvasia Reflecting the Lucanian Terroir

The grapes used for La Signorina ripen at around 700 metres above sea level, where significant temperature changes help preserve aromas and acidity. In the glass, it has a deep straw-yellow colour, while the nose reveals typical Malvasia aromas with elegant hints of peach and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is dry, assertive and pleasantly mineral, with a long, harmonious finish.

Perfect with Fish and Blue Cheese

Thanks to its freshness and structure, La Signorina pairs beautifully with fish pasta dishes, shellfish, seafood starters and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent match for blue cheeses, where its lively acidity balances their rich, creamy character.
