Rooted in Basilicata's pasta-making tradition, this shape combines carefully selected raw ingredients with artisan craftsmanship, bringing the authentic taste of Italian wheat to the table.

Heritage Grains, Bronze Dies and Slow Drying

100% Italian Wheat Strozzapreti is made from semolina milled from wheat grown in Italy and processed using traditional techniques. Bronze-die extrusion gives the pasta a rough surface that holds sauces beautifully, while slow drying at low temperatures preserves the grain's fragrance, the semolina's distinctive qualities and excellent cooking performance. The use of Senatore Cappelli and Lucanian Saragolla contributes a rich, authentic flavour.
