The Sulla honey produced by Rocco's Bees in Pietrapertosa is made precisely in Stigliano , where this plant is very prevalent. Sulla is a herbaceous plant with pronounced honey-producing properties, which blooms in spring and offers a nectar with very intense floral and aromatic notes.
Among many honeys, Sulla honey stands out for its very intense fragrance and especially for its pronounced sweetness; it can indeed be used as a substitute for table sugar. Its color is light, almost crystalline.
Additionally, there is also the Millefiori honey produced in Pietrapertosa in unspoiled locations.
