Fennel Biscuit with Horns
Biscuits made with soft wheat flour Carosella del Pollino.
This product is typical of Basilicata and requires 2 days for processing. During the first day, the biscuits are boiled and left to dry overnight. The next day, they are baked in a wood-fired oven as they used to be.
