Sweet cookies typical of the Lucanian tradition are handmade and baked in a wood-fired oven by the company Specialità Gallicchiesi. They have the classic shape of a Tuscan "cantuccio" but with a thinner thickness.
They are handmade and then baked in a wood-fired oven as in the past. The flour used is Carosella from Pollino.
