Vincenzo Tiri Biscuits
Vincenzo Tiri, master pastry chef from Acerenza, is renowned for his mastery in the production of artisanal leavened goods. In addition to his famous panettone and colomba cakes, his product range includes “Biscottiri”, naturally leavened biscuits available in various flavors.
Biscottiri Chocolate – Shortbread-style biscuits made with fine dark chocolate, using the same blend featured in Tiri’s panettone.
Biscottiri Salted Caramel – Inspired by the Salted Caramel Panettone, these biscuits combine sweetness with a delicate savory note for a well-balanced flavor.
Biscottiri Coffee & White Chocolate – Like all the biscuits, this variety is inspired by one of the signature leavened products of Tiri Pastry.
Biscottiri Orange – Biscuits made with Tursi oranges and natural leavening. Few ingredients for an irresistible treat.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
