Caciocavallo with Lucanian Cow's Milk

Soft cheese typical of Southern Italy. It is produced with farm milk in the province of Potenza by the Posticchia Sabelli company and the Petruzzi company. It has a maturation period that can last up to a maximum of 2 months. Excellent to enjoy with a knife or to prepare grilled. The flavor is very sweet and light with a slightly pronounced crust. The color is pale yellow.
