Organic Durum Wheat, Bronze Dies and Slow Drying

100% Italian Wheat Cavatelli is made with organic durum wheat semolina and processed using bronze-die extrusion, creating a rough, porous surface that holds sauces beautifully. Slow drying at low temperatures helps preserve the semolina's fragrance and distinctive qualities while ensuring excellent texture during cooking. The result is pasta with authentic flavour and a satisfying bite.

Perfect with Ragù, Pulses and Traditional Sauces

100% Italian Wheat Cavatelli pairs perfectly with meat ragù, fresh tomato sauce, pulses and Mediterranean condiments. It is also excellent with mushrooms, Lucanian sausage and seasonal vegetables.
