Scamorza is an artisan cow's milk cheese made in Basilicata by small dairies that process milk according to tradition. Soft, delicate and full of flavour, it is one of the region's most appreciated cheeses, equally delicious on its own or in cooking.

Artisan Cheese with an Authentic Flavour

Made from selected cow's milk using artisan methods that preserve its quality, Scamorza has a characteristic straw-yellow colour and delicate aromas recalling alfalfa and Basilicata's pastures. Its texture is soft yet compact, with a balanced flavour and a pleasant, subtly smoky aftertaste.

Perfect Fresh or Cooked

Enjoy Scamorza as an appetiser with cured meats, vegetables and rustic bread, or try it grilled, pan-fried or baked. It is excellent in sandwiches, pasta, pizza and meat dishes, bringing the authentic flavour of Lucanian cheesemaking to the table.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
