Don Anselmo by Paternoster

Don Anselmo is the prestigious cru wine of Paternoster, produced from Aglianico grapes harvested in late October on the volcanic slopes of Mount Vulture.

Slavonian Oak and French Barriques

After approximately 15 days of maceration, the wine ages half in large Slavonian oak casks and half in French barriques, followed by 12 months in bottle. The result is a complex, elegant and structured red.

Ideal with Game and Aged Cheeses

Enjoy as a contemplative wine or pair with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
