It is a typical flour from the south of Basilicata.
It is milled in Castronuovo S. Andrea by Antonio, the guardian of biodiversity of seeds in the Pollino National Park.
How is it used?
To make typical Lucanian pasta. It pairs well with a tomato sauce with cacioricotta.
