Crespone 'Nduja is one of the most appreciated interpretations of the famous 'Nduja from Spilinga, a symbol of Calabrian gastronomic tradition. Produced by Luigi Caccamo of Crespone, it is made exclusively from fresh Italian meat processed using artisan methods, creating a creamy cured meat with an intense, perfectly balanced flavour.

Crespone 'Nduja stands out for its elegant spiciness, never excessive, which allows the aromas of the meat and chilli pepper to come through. Its soft consistency makes it easy to spread and ideal for enhancing numerous dishes without overpowering the other ingredients. It is also produced without added preservatives or colourings.

Perfect on Bruschetta, Pasta and Pizza

Crespone 'Nduja is delicious on warm bread and bruschetta, but also as an ingredient for seasoning pasta, pizza and tomato sauces. It can be added to a sautéed flavour base to enrich ragù and meat dishes, giving them the characteristic taste of Calabrian tradition.
