The Pasta di Stigliano represents a true excellence of the Lucanian culinary tradition, produced with selected wheat from the best fields of Basilicata, cultivated using organic methods and in full respect of nature. This wheat, grown in an unspoiled environment, is crafted with artisanal skill to create pasta with an authentic and unmistakable flavor.
Every phase of production is meticulously attended to: the bronze drawing gives the pasta a rough and porous texture, perfect for holding onto any type of sauce, while the slow drying process at low temperatures preserves all the nutritional properties of the wheat and ensures an ideal consistency after cooking.
