Produced in Tricarico, a small village in the Matera hills, the panettone from Pasticceria Calciano is highly appreciated by critics reaching the podium in the Gambero Rosso ranking.
Maniacal care, daily commitment, excellent raw materials, and knowledge of the craft are the ingredients for the great success of Rocco and Ezio.
The panettone undergoes a process that exceeds 75 hours. Fluffy, light, and very fragrant. It contains no artificial preservatives. It has a shelf life of a maximum of 45 days.
