Pear and chocolate panettone

Panettone produced by Pasticceria Calciano in Basilicata. Maniacal care product, From the mother yeast that is refreshed 4 times a day at excellent raw materials, the Panettone reaches them over 75 processing.
The Calciano pastry is one of the few in Basilicata to really give us a high-level product. Swollen, very fragrant and light this leavened will not disappoint you at all.

Stone-mounted soft wheat flour, Normandy vaccine butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, wiliams pears, dark chocolate Domores, natural yeast, acacia honey, salt, malt, Madagascar vanilla pods. Glaze: milk chocolate, piedmont hazelnuts, cocoa butter.



How to taste it

Keep it near a heat source for 20 minutes
