Typical of the Lucanian territory and specifically from Gallicchio, dry pasta refers to the classic biscuits that are also consumed with milk to be enjoyed at breakfast.
What we like most is that the biscuits are handmade and then baked in a wood-fired oven like in the old days. The flour used is Carosella from Pollino from a controlled and certified supply chain.
