Sibari Carnaroli Rice
Sibari Carnaroli Rice Magisa and Masseria Fornara
The Carnaroli is a superfine rice with large grains approximately 7 mm long and elongated in shape.
It maintains its consistency even after cooking. It is well-suited for the preparation of typical land and sea risottos that are not overly creamy but rather more grainy. For the same reasons, it is also recommended for rice salads. It is produced in the Piana di Sibari in Calabria, between the sea and the mountains, and it is precisely this perfect microclimate that makes Calabrian Rice truly excellent and sometimes even superior to the more renowned Piedmontese varieties.
