3 Stages of kneading and 72 hours of fermentation with the addition of excellent raw materials and the knowledge of pastry art have brought Vincenzo Tiri and his products to the top of Italian leavened goods.
Winner of many awards that proclaim him a master pastry chef, he has won thebest Panettone in Italy and best Colomba Gambero Rosso.
In the small municipality of Acerenza and in Potenza, people literally swarm the bakery to have the chance to purchase the famous leavened product.
What strikes us the most is the aroma of the leavened product, which, when placed near a heat source before consumption, manages to give you even more.
Inside, the predominant color is yellow thanks to the use of fresh eggs. The chocolate is homogeneous and together with the coffee, they make a perfect pairing.
There are no preservatives and the shelf life is 20/30 days
