Shiny triptych

The Lucan triptych includes three varieties of pasta: ferricelli, orecchiette and trailing. This variety is typical of Basilicata. Excellent pasta to accompany the sauces with game meat or for Lucanian classic dishes. It is produced by Moliterno's Cirigliano pasta factory.
