100% Italian Wheat Tubetti is artisan pasta made exclusively with wheat grown by Lungano Farm in the fields around Venosa, Basilicata. Every step of the supply chain is controlled, from wheat cultivation and milling into semolina to pasta production at the Oppido Lucano pasta workshop. This traditional small pasta shape captures the quality of Italian wheat and careful artisan production.

Controlled Supply Chain, Bronze Dies and Slow Drying

100% Italian Wheat Tubetti is produced using semolina made exclusively from the Iungano farm's own wheat. Bronze-die extrusion creates a textured surface that holds sauces well, while slow drying helps preserve the grain's aroma, pasta texture and excellent cooking performance. This traditional process showcases the quality of the ingredients and delivers a genuine, flavourful pasta.

Ideal with Beans, Pulses and Traditional Soups

100% Italian Wheat Tubetti is perfect with beans, chickpeas, lentils and grass peas in classic Italian soups. It is equally delicious in vegetable minestrone, broths and Mediterranean dishes, where its small shape captures flavour while maintaining a pleasing bite during cooking.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
