Sparkling Wine Extra Dry Vintage
The Siri White is produced following the traditional white winemaking process. The grapes are destemmed and transferred to the press. After a brief maceration phase in contact with the skins, during which dry ice is used to eliminate oxygen, the must is placed in tanks for fermentation. This takes place at a temperature of 12°C and lasts for about 15 days. Once completed, the wine rests on the lees for a period of 60 days and is then sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat Method at low temperatures.
