Handmade, Wood-Fired and Made with Carosella Flour

Paste Secche are made entirely by hand and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, which gives the biscuits their crisp texture and inviting aroma. They are made with prized Carosella wheat flour from the Pollino area, sourced through a controlled and certified supply chain, adding authentic flavour and a strong connection to Basilicata's farming heritage.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
