Organic White Chickpeas come from producers in the Murgia and Basilicata who promote local varieties and sustainable growing methods. Before cooking, it is advisable to soak them for approximately 12 hours and then cook them slowly with flavourings such as bay leaves, celery, garlic or tomato, in keeping with tradition.
