Sweet and Sour Onion Hearts are made by a Calabrian company that directly oversees every stage of production, from growing to processing Tropea Red Onions. The onions are carefully selected and briefly blanched in white wine vinegar and sugar, a method that preserves their texture and enhances their delicate, aromatic flavour.
