Colomba Calciano Pear and Chocorhum
Even for Easter, we are here to present one of the new flavors offered.
The classic taste of pear, undeniably delicious, is combined with the novelty of chocorhum, creating an unmistakable emotion. We haven't tasted it and cannot provide judgments on it, but surely knowing Rocco and his brother they have put all their love into this leavened product. They choose excellence in raw materials and above all, they know the secrets of a slow fermentation that makes the leavened product light and fluffy. Their leavened products are always highly appreciated by critics such as Dissapore and Gambero Rosso. Over the years, they have managed to carve out a space among the best pastry shops in Italy.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
