Colomba Calciano Peach and Apricot
Few products of the highest quality make this leavened cake a must for the Easter period. Externally, it appears puffed, well-leavened. Upon cutting, it expresses a full aroma, of pastry, yeast, candied fruits, vanilla, noticeable even to the naked eye.
Inside, it is bright yellow, filled with candied peach and apricot, the dough fragrant and elastic.
The pastry of the Calciano brothers is among the best in Basilicata and Italy and we are happy to share this leavened cake with you.
