Locally Grown Vegetables and Artisan Production

Aubergines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are produced by farms such as Pantone in Pietrapertosa, where the vegetables are grown on the farm and prepared using its own extra virgin olive oil. Sudrise also selects preserves by La Pietrapertosana, another producer from the Lucanian Dolomites known for celebrating local ingredients. Short supply chains and locally grown vegetables ensure freshness, authenticity and excellent flavour.
