This organic balsamic preparation is produced by Serra del Prete Beekeeping in Pollino National Park, using organic wildflower honey and carefully selected aromatic ingredients.

Honey, Propolis, Mint and Eucalyptus

Made with wildflower honey, hydroalcoholic propolis tincture, mint essential oil and organic eucalyptus essential oil, it has a distinctive aromatic flavour. The producer won a gold medal at BioMiel 2019.

Ideal for Warm Drinks

Use to sweeten herbal teas, infusions or warm milk. Add when the drink is at a comfortable drinking temperature to appreciate its aroma.
