Chestnut Honey from Pietrapertosa is produced in Pietrapertosa, one of the most picturesque villages in the province of Potenza, also famous for the Flight of the Angel attraction. Here, Rocco places his beehives on the edges of chestnut groves, allowing the bees to gather pure, aromatic nectar. The honey is distinguished by its dark colour, thick consistency and intense flavour with elegant notes of dried fruit and caramel.
