Pietrapertosa, a small town in the province of Potenza, known to many for its Angel's Flight, is certainly a place where many chestnut groves are present.
Rocco indeed brings his beehives right at the beginning of the town on the Caperrino side to extract the precious nectar from his bees.
It is distinguished by its dark color, its thick consistency, and its intense and decisive flavor, with notes of dried fruit and caramel. This honey is highly appreciated for its health benefits: it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and is an excellent source of natural energy.
