Fine Botanicals and Local Ingredients

Amaro Jefferson is made using some of Calabria's finest ingredients, including Rocca Imperiale PGI lemons, bergamots from Pellaro, oranges from Bisignano, rosemary and oregano from Palombara. Its name pays tribute to Captain Jefferson, who, in 1871, found refuge in Calabria after a shipwreck on its coast, giving rise to the story still associated with this celebrated amaro today.
