Olive Bread is a speciality of Lucanian tradition, prepared with selected re-milled durum wheat semolina and enriched with olives that give the dough a rich, fragrant flavour. Made by hand in Stigliano, it comes from a process that highlights simple, genuine ingredients, expressing Basilicata's culinary culture.

Sourdough Starter and Artisan Production

Olive Bread is made with local durum wheat semolina, sourdough starter and a small amount of baker's yeast to ensure balanced leavening and a soft crumb. It is dispatched on the same day it is produced to preserve all its fragrance. Its shelf life is approximately 5–7 days when stored correctly.

Perfect with Cheeses and Cured Meats

Olive Bread is ideal served with cheeses, cured meats and starters, but can also be enjoyed on its own or used as a base for bruschetta and aperitifs. The intense flavour of the olives makes it a versatile bread that complements numerous Mediterranean recipes.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
