Italian Wheat and Artisan Production

100% Italian Wheat Calamarata is made from wheat grown directly by Azienda Iungano, milled into semolina at local mills and then processed in pasta factories in Stigliano and Oppido. Bronze-die extrusion gives the pasta a rough surface that holds sauces more effectively, while slow drying preserves the characteristics of the wheat and ensures excellent cooking performance.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
