TIRI Pandoro is made in Vincenzo Tiri's workshop in Acerenza, Basilicata, where the tradition of artisan pastry-making meets a continuous pursuit of quality. Created for those who love the softness of pandoro and prefer a great leavened cake without candied fruit, it represents one of the outstanding products of Tiri's production.
72 Hours of Leavening and Artisan Preparation
TIRI Pandoro requires 72 hours of preparation, following a method that brings out the qualities of the sourdough starter and the selection of the highest-quality raw ingredients. The result is a soft, light and fragrant dough, characterised by a delicate texture and an intense golden colour that expresses all the care devoted to every stage of production.

Shipping in Italy and Europe
Standard shipping within Italy costs โฌ8.90. Orders over โฌ99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.
We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.
Delivery within Italy generally takes 24โ72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.
Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
