Calciano Pistachio and Wild Strawberry Panettone is made exclusively with natural sourdough starter refreshed four times a day and takes more than 75 hours to prepare. The process creates a soft, light, airy dough. Calciano's own pistachios and the absence of artificial preservatives reflect the care behind this artisan cake.
