Lucanian Gnummareddi are a traditional speciality from Basilicata, also widespread in parts of Puglia, Molise and Irpinia. They are made with lamb or kid goat offal, including liver, heart and kidneys, wrapped in the animal's own intestine and flavoured with parsley and other traditional ingredients. This is a historic recipe from rural cooking, still appreciated today for its bold, authentic flavour.

Handcrafted to Order

Lucanian Gnummareddi are prepared only after an order has been received, ensuring maximum product freshness. Each piece is approximately 5 cm long and weighs an average of 50–60 grams, preserving the characteristics of traditional artisan preparation and Lucanian food heritage.

Ideal for Grilling, Roasting or Stewing

Lucanian Gnummareddi reveal their full flavour when grilled over charcoal, developing a pleasantly crisp exterior while staying soft and juicy inside. They are also excellent roasted in the oven or cooked in a stew following traditional Southern Italian recipes.

This product is sold per piece, not by weight.

Refrigerated shipping is recommended from June to September (option available at checkout).

Standard shipping within Italy costs €8.90. Orders over €99 qualify for free shipping within Italy.

We carefully pack our products to protect them from impacts, compression and temperature changes. Special protective packaging is used where needed.

Delivery within Italy generally takes 24–72 hours after dispatch. For EU destinations, delivery times and charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and shipping service selected at checkout. Faster and more economical services may be available.

Please allow up to two working days for order preparation. To avoid weekend delays, fresh products such as cheese, bread and cured meats are generally not dispatched from Thursday onwards.
