It's common practice to use these new wine preservation methods with a simple tap that can be used for a long time.

The wine we have taken is from the Carbone Wineries in Melfi, which have been committed for years to enhancing the historic Lucan grape variety, the Aglianico.

A wine that has still spent a couple of years in the cellar and which is an excellent table wine with a 13.5% degree of respectability.
