"Michelangelo" Aglianico del Vulture DOC 

"Michelangelo" is a strong wine produced by one of the historic wineries in Rionero in Vulture, "Cantina del Vulture". The wine is refined in barriques for 24 months and then it left to rest for 1 year in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with fragrances ranging from blackberry to black currant. Mature with well-worked tannins, it opens warm and full-bodied on the palate. It pairs well with meat dishes or boiled meats.
