Aglianico del Vulture DOC Terre di Orazio
The Cantine di Venosa are an example of how it is possible to collaborate and work towards a common project by forming a group of about 400 companies. The gentle hills of the Orazian city give birth to this Aglianico del Vulture in purity. Its maturation takes place in small barrels for 15 months before being bottled.
To the eye, it appears ruby red, while on the nose it opens up to a bouquet of currants and berries. On the palate, it is structured, full, and pleasantly tannic.
It pairs well with aged cheeses and red and white meats.
