Superior Red Wine DOCG produced in Venosa by the Cantine di Venosa. Wine made from Aglianico del Vulture that grows at 550-600 meters. It ages from 18 to 24 months in French oak barrels before being transferred to the bottle for another 12 months. Ruby red wine with garnet reflections. On the palate, it opens with a bouquet of black fruit such as blueberry.
