Chocolate Biscuits are a speciality of Corleto Perticara, where they are traditionally known as friselle. Their shape recalls Tuscan cantucci, but the recipe belongs to Lucanian baking tradition. Handmade by Giovanni, a second-generation baker, they combine a crisp texture with rich chocolate chips.
