Artichokes in oil

La Pietrapertosana is a Lucanian company, which is born in Pietrapertosa one of the most beautiful villages in Italy among the small Lucanian Dolomites and from here takes its name.
Passion and genuineness they are the pillars of the company, which has been drawing flavors from 2014, recipes to amaze its customers.
After a careful selection artichokes they are cleaned, cut and subsequently boiled with water and vinegar. A time later is preserved in oil.
