La Pietrapertosana is a company from Lucania, founded in Pietrapertosa in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, nestled among the small Lucanian Dolomites, and takes its name from there.
Passion and genuineness are the pillars of the company, which has been passing down flavors and recipes to astonish its customers since 2014.
After careful selection, the artichokes are cleaned, cut, and then boiled in water and vinegar. Subsequently, they are preserved in oil.
The other package of Artichokes available is produced by the Mirogallo company in Matera, one of the first in Basilicata to strongly believe in the preservation of Lucanian vegetables in oil.
