The colomba with Amarena Cherries and Orange Blossom is the new flavor by Vincenzo Tiri. As per tradition, this leavened cake undergoes 3 stages of dough preparation and 72 hours of processing. An ancient sourdough that is refreshed daily to create an excellent leavened product.
A product whose aesthetic beauty is surpassed only by its sublime taste. The best wild berries from Lucania are candied "in-house" and combined with a delicious vanilla ganache that covers the cake.
