Janare Falanghina Sannio PDO is made by La Guardiense, a historic cooperative winery in the Benevento area that celebrates Campania's native grape varieties. The Janare range takes its name from the witches of local folklore and aims to preserve the identity of Sannio through authentic wines. Today the winery brings together almost a thousand small growers committed to quality and tradition.

Falanghina Sannio PDO is vinified exclusively in stainless steel to retain the grape's freshness and typical aromas. Bright straw-yellow in colour, it offers pleasant fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and lingering, expressing the character of this celebrated white wine from Sannio.

Falanghina Sannio PDO pairs beautifully with seafood pasta, carpaccio, shellfish, molluscs and fish starters. Its freshness and easy-drinking character also make it an excellent aperitif.
