Wine produced in Roccanova, in the Lucanian hinterland. From a long tradition, this wine takes its name because in the municipality of Roccanova, the wine was processed in caves, still visible today at the entrance of the village. It is a wine that involves the use of different grapes such as Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano. De Biase wineries are certified organic and use estate-grown grapes.
