The Zucchini Rolls from Masseria Mirogallo are filled with sun-dried tomatoes and capers. The vegetables are initially boiled in wine vinegar and then preserved in oil. This processing allows the product to remain crunchy and fresh. Excellent as an appetizer.
The other format available for purchase is the zucchini cultivated and preserved in EVO oil by the Pantone company in Pietrapertosa.
